Cookie policy
Information about cookies, consent and the measurement tools in use.
Managing your choices
On your first visit you can accept all, reject all or customise your choice. The permanent “Manage cookies” button lets you change or withdraw consent.
Essential storage
The first-party sc_consent_v1 cookie stores only the choice, version and timestamp. It contains no name, phone number or email and lasts no more than six months.
Audience measurement
This category is optional and disabled by default. In Basic mode, no Google Analytics tag loads before consent.
Advertising measurement
This category is optional and disabled by default. Google Ads tags and advertising data load only after the corresponding consent. After consent, Google may dynamically replace the displayed 0800 26 398 number with a Google forwarding number and route the call to our number. Without that consent, the call measurement tag remains blocked.
Call measurement
Google Ads may show the start time, duration, country or area code, caller number for most calls over 15 seconds, received or missed status, source and type, campaign, ad group and keyword in call reports. A call from the website currently counts as a conversion from 60 seconds. Google Ireland Limited receives this data. Metadata is retained according to the account settings and the retention rules Google applies to the service. Audio recording and AI qualification are currently limited to calls where both numbers are located in the United States or Canada. Calls involving our Belgian numbers are therefore ineligible: no audio from these calls is recorded by this feature. If geographic eligibility changes, this policy will be updated before any future activation. Consent can be withdrawn through “Manage cookies”.
Consent Mode v2
analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied by default. url_passthrough remains disabled. A consent choice is not a conversion.
