Information collected
Depending on the form, we may collect name, phone, email, postcode, boiler brand, availability, message, UTM parameters and click identifiers. A technical lead_id and consent status may be associated with the request. After consent to advertising measurement, a call through a Google forwarding number may be associated in Google Ads with its start time, duration, country or area code, the caller’s number for most calls over 15 seconds, call status, source and type, campaign, ad group and keyword. A call from the website currently counts as a conversion from 60 seconds.
Purposes
The information is used to respond, prepare an appointment or quote, follow up the exchange, measure the technical origin of requests and prevent abuse.
Recipients and retention
Information is accessible to people and providers who need it to handle the request or operate the website and email securely. After consent, Google Ireland Limited receives data for Analytics or Ads measurement and routing through a Google forwarding number. Requests are kept only as long as required for follow-up and legal obligations. Metadata from measured calls is retained according to the account settings and the retention rules Google applies to the service. Google Ads audio recording and AI qualification are currently limited to calls where both numbers are located in the United States or Canada. Calls involving our Belgian numbers are therefore ineligible: no audio from these calls is recorded by this feature. If geographic eligibility changes, this policy will be updated before any future activation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and exercise other applicable rights by contacting info@servicechaudieres.be. Proof of identity may be requested when necessary to protect your information.
Cookies and measurement
Optional categories are denied by default. Under Basic Consent Mode, Google tags may load only after explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through “Manage cookies”.
